cod. I steam mine and then serve with melted butter very much like Lobster in fast that's another name for it is "poorman's Lobster" although at about 10 bucks a pound may have to get rid of the Poor part.

oh ya? Ive never had it. If it taste like lobster then I may just have to try it! Of course I dont know how to steam stuff. lol
