I made red (chili) sauce for tamales today. It was a process. Never done it before. Very low energy today, like I'm trying to come down with something. Will cook the meat tomorrow but have to hunt for masa flour, GirlChild said WM didn't have any. They used to. First time making tamales and I want them to be awesome even if it takes several days. Bucket list item.
