I could not get on BYC earlier today, either. Thought it was bc of where I was. DH's car had no oil in it this morning. He says Change Oil light just came on yesterday. Should not be out of oil that quickly unless something wrong. Had it towed to WM. Waiting to hear from them, 4 vehicles ahead of me. ... took #1GS with, and walked across parking lot to JCP to get him a haircut. We need this vehicle to take kid back to St L Sunday. Sure hope nothing serious. 🙏🙏🙏 Meanwhile, Change Oil light on MY (smaller) car also came on yesterday! Cannot drive it to StL until I get the oil changed on it. But DH drove it to work today. It never rains ....

No oil?!?! That’s a problem. There’s a leak somewhere….and not a delicate one.
Did Goose chew his ... harness? Leash?
Haha we had a camp out at a friends house last weekend. Their kids had these little wooden daggers….and they left them where dogs could get em. Oops. But it was a pretty hilarious picture ;)

Ugh. Found another mold spot. Leaving vinegar to do its thing before I attack some more…but I got it •mostly• done. Just gotta figure out what to do with the seats, and want to whip out the actual carpet cleaner on it before it’s all said and done. Hubs helped me take the passenger seat out - and thank gosh.

I got to “drive” it today haha. Well, move it in the yard into the shop. It’s so low…and hubs has been driving it soooo…way too far back for me to comfortably drive but we’ll see what happens.

Apparently it’ll be a salvage title (hubs is choked at this but I kinda expected it), and we need a vin verification, a brake and light inspection and a smog. However…herein lies the issue. We have to go to the dmv to get title it’s not something our lady in town can do, sadly. Because we replaced the engine, the monitors haven’t cleared (so it won’t pass smog). I don’t remember how bad this engine is but I remember one of my wagons took FOREVER to clear that one. We need to tow it to somewhere to get the brake and light (annd not sure where we gotta go for that either!) and then we have to tow it to the dmv for everything else. If we do straight dmv they only give us a 1 day “temp plate” whereas if we do brake and light first we get 30 days to smog.
Ya argh. Too much dmv-ing.

My “midlife crisis” is making me lose my mind haha.

good news in her health bad news on the breed. No Parvo!!
Happy Well Done GIF by Top Talent

She got wormed and first shots as she is just breaking 4 months. Sent home with 2 meds
She was 24 lbs and expect a 4 month old to triple their weight. I hope she is wrong but her breed looks shepherd to the vet. I didnt do pictures because Nancy called off work.

Low energy level today. The two potted tomato plants i bought were wilted today, so i planted both of them and gave each a gallon of water.
I spread old hay in Mel's exercise area, because we are supposed to have torrential rain tomorrow. This latest hay is making me sneeze like crazy!
I built the frame for another stall area in the barn, and painted it. Just have to cut the piece of cattle panel and attach it to the door. And i assembled the frame for the floor in the other half of the brooder i have been working on.
