Aww, thank you sweet girl. She carried this baby full term. I can't stop thinking about her sadness. I've lost two myself. It really is hard, even though you already have children. This was her first.

I have the comfort of believing in a resurrection. But it still hurts and even over 40 years later I still tear up when I think about it. I wish I could just put my arms around this dear girl and cry with her. Cynthia, please encourage her to get into grief counseling. She needs all the help she can get.

well my chicks ship next monday.

Got the brooder room cleaned and almost ready for them on Sunday. Need to change out the heater and then when they show up fill the feeders and put tissue paper over the dirt.

Farm again tommorrow to swap heaters and set the heat lamps where I want them. Then need to help the idiot fix some fence that honestly does require 2 people.

Fawn only took a small sip of water for Robert. She is refusing everything else including peanut butter. She just wants to lay in the sun. We took Bandits muzzle off.

I like an electric oil filled heater to get the room temp up and then the heat lamps so they (chicks) can gather there if they are cold. Of course the idiot forgot to WASH the oil heaters so I brought them in yesterday and gave them a good scrub/wash down in my shower.

Oh my gosh. I have no words…but all the feels. My heart breaks for her. To go through all that, the loss, plus the post partum hormones….. Sending so much love down that way.

OH and the "good neighbor" to the east evidently called Mike twice sat night drunk and accused Mike of starting the fire and bitching about the yaks being in his pasture and all kinds of crap. Then Sunday morning he called and apologized.
