I just follow our President of the church. He sets the example pretty good. Follows the law of the land. ❤️

Do they go numb? Do your hands ever go numb? Tingly? Sounds like Peripheral Neuropathy. I have that. Half of both of my feet go numb when I lay down. So I'll lay it out. All that I've been diagnosed with. Myelopathy, Peripheral Neuropathy, Occipital Neuralgia, Trace minerals deficiency, thus the need for the Potasium and Magnesium and Calcium I take regularly. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia years ago. Didn't know if I believed in that at first, but then the point triggers convinced me. Now..Vestibular Migraines. Which I believe is as that dr on the video says..a Neuro Circuit Issue. The Brain. Good grief. I'm still kickin though. :)

I have a long list too. Sigh, scared to turn 70, 60 was bad enough!
