Granny's gone and done it again

Hi everyone. Events have been conspiring against me getting on here lately. Last night was the least fun... Pi met his first skunk. Fortunately I had some Nature's Miracle skunk destinker stuff. But then, unfortunately, I had to give him a bath. He doesn't really fit in the utility sink any more, so it was quite the battle... my poor back.

Weirdest part is Ming seems to be very attracted to skunk perfume. She keeps licking and chewing on the one stinky patch left on Pi's face. Weird kitty.

Hows your hill side plants doing?

Not great. We rejigged the irrigation but I don’t think it’s getting enough water to it. Combined that with sowing my seeds a bit late due to BusLady…don’t know if I have much hope this year

I have a guy that comes in and helps me build coops and does some mowing. Today he's changing the oil in the John Deere garden tractor and then will mow for a few hours.

Lucky you. My son in law comes around once in a blue moon and lends a hand. But he has a job that keeps him fairly busy.

Yes, i set up a grooming shop in the back ofone of our pet stores, so a friend who was a groomer had a space to groom. She later went off on her own. Kept getting groomers, then having to replace them. Finally i learned, and did it myself for quite a while. Finally set up a shop in our basement at home. Also was the manager of a grooming shop in PetsMart. In FL.
