It said to put an ice pack in the bucket of water. When I went out there she had gotten out of the bucket. I need a fan on her to evaporate the water. Hopefully my husband will make home soon.

Is it 6 there? Sun should be setting soon

I just came in from the final round and bed check. I'm so bummed about the heat and what it is doing to the kids. This is our first year with chickens in Lower Alabama and it is ruthless this year. Last year and no chickens I don't think we had day after day like this. I'm looking for misters starting tomorrow. Lowes may have them in the irrigation area. I did a once over mist where I could tonight and the cool was almost instantaneous.

Jenny's doing good here, too. She's still a little spooky. But today I took her outside, not on leash, and walked around the house with her, and she walked beside me almost the whole way in perfect Heel position. Except once, to go pee. I just have a problem with her name ...
