I just came in and have not a dry stitch on. It's time to strip and regroup. It's a feels like 119° outside and I may sneak in an hour nap.

Get plenty rehydrated before you head back out.

I wouldn't. Electrolytes in water, maybe some added juice or sugar.

Ok a soak in water bucket helped. She must be an old one. The others are open mouth breathing but no one went down like her

After i was outside over 2 hours last night, and did all that watering, we are having a thunderstorm!

We may get a boomer in another hour or so. I'm going out now and doing a water check for all the feathered kids. Probably going to trash another set of clothes. Our washing machine is going out now when we need it the most.

No boomers but are getting a sprinkle that dropped the temp from 95° to 85°. I still soaked another set of clothes. It has been a sauna out there today.
