Granny's gone and done it again

Had a friend with a Siamese Cat named SPOT asked him why. Answer so when the cat was somewhere it shouldn't be he could yell "Out damn Spot out" and threaten to get the spot remover.
I can never remember if that's a line from Hamlet or Macbeth... Macbeth, right?

I really hope this works for you, Larry. My left shoulder has been giving me fits and I'm going to need one of those shots in it pretty soon. Moving it in just normal ways often makes me yelp and that ain't right.

I'm glad you're thinking about it, Star. He really did make a place for himself in your hearts, didn't he, that Goose. I remember before you got him and even a bit afterward you weren't too sure about him. He was no Peach, you said, and you were right. Nobody could ever take Peach's place. But he made his own place. I'm gonna miss him and I want to thank you for sharing him with us. He was really special. And I hope you'll do the same with your new pup when you get it. 2024 isn't that far off. We'll be waiting. ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️
He definitely was his own man. It was difficult for me, going from working with the more submissive, fearful dogs and suddenly having a confident dog. No separation anxiety (he knew the routine), whereas peach was 3 before I could even leave her without having my house destroyed. Peach I could give “a Look” and goose needed a bit of a heavier hand, but he was really coming into himself. Couldn’t trust him with the bitties - and in fact I think he backslided a lot when we had Daisy - we had to put a barrier up so he went right back to fussing at em…but.

He still had big puppy brain energy and puppy add, but even with that, he’d calmly be watching delivery people - wouldn’t be losing his mind barking at anyone. He was so calm and steady - unless something in his environment changed lol he was observant.

He still left a great big hole in my soul. IMG_4777.jpeg IMG_4774.jpeg IMG_4534.jpeg IMG_0876.jpeg IMG_2526.jpeg

Out damned spot‘ is a line spoken by Lady Macbeth in Shakespeare’s play, Macbeth.

She is walking and talking in her sleep about the assassination of King Duncan, in which she is implicated. Both Lady Macbeth and Macbeth have been unable to sleep since they murdered Duncan, but when she does manage to fall asleep she is plagued with a nightmare about the murder and the blood they have shed. In this episode she is observed by a serving woman and a doctor who are overhearing her confession of the regicide she has committed.

As she walks she rubs her hands as though washing them, trying to get rid of the blood. The spot she’s referring to is a spot of blood on her hand. She’s rubbing it, trying to erase it, but cannot. “Here’s yet a spot,” she cries, desperately rubbing. “Here’s the small of blood still

you would be correct. You win a yak, Just pay taxes and shipping fees.

Honestly, I had a prejudice against white GSDs - until him. It was love at first sight for me when you first posted his pic and you were thinking about getting him. It was his eyes. I saw intelligence and a sense of humor in him. I've been in love with him ever since.
