Today I made two more 50% whole wheat sourdough pizza crusts, parbaked and put in the freezer, and a nice big loaf of white sourdough bread. I am having SO MUCH FUN baking with sourdough. I would sell it if I could and bake every day. Which I can do now, because my feet don't hurt! This is me doing my Happy Dance!

Sigh. It's been a gong show at work. Bright side, we've hired the soop's wife to help out PT around the office.

Dark side is...it was up to me to show her what to do today when I should have been head down into getting payroll done. Crappy timing. But...oh well. It'll be good when she gets settled. I feel bad I kind of threw her to the wolves on filing....but...

Of course and bosslady lollygagged on stuff that needed to go out too....sigh.

Should get payroll entered tomorrow morning leaving the afternoon to attempt to get caught up on AP and coding invoices for approval....

Whee.

Oh my goodness. That song. I'm crying. I haven't heard it before. I just can't get past this grief. I still miss Scott so much. I've been struggling a lot lately with it. Too much.
