Granny's gone and done it again

Not yet. Hubs and I are still debating. Im leaning towards Kira, but then he suggested Akira (not sure where that came from).

Sigh. I think our little lady is in heat though. I’ve not had to deal with this one before! May need to get her some doggy diapers sigh. Will also need to contact the county and figure out if they should push out the spay a bit. I don’t mind waiting - gosh knows I’ve managed an intact dog with no accidental puppies before (yeah. Goose never did get fixed), but I don’t know if they’ll want to wait or not.
frosty was in heat when I got her and I took her to the vets where they said no she wasnt pregnant. I took her for the spay and she was. They did it anyways

Meaning:bright, clear, ideal
Akira is a gender-neutral name of Japanese origin. This name has grown in popularity throughout the US in the 21st century and is sometimes used as a variation of “Kira”. Akira may also originate from other cultures, too!

What the heck is going on with society.

This will be our girl. She’s smart, lovey, and strangely calm for her age. She’s all for play but she’s not wild if that makes any sense. Just waiting to fill out the paperwork. She’s got a THICK double coat. Good thing I still have the rake lol.
Sheba. ❤️ She's loverly!

Do some research on global warning. As far as I am concerned it is a hoax. They want th USA to suspend all fossil fuel but China is building 4 coal plants a month.
Just because China is being irresponsible does not mean it isn't happening.

she ate pretty well . She stopped in today BUT the pie was all gone, I did warn her LMAO

Have 2 new converts to the slice of heaven that is a Sour cream raisin pie.
Recipe? Please?

what other options do you have. Spray the place with herbicide and kill the grass, that would be as bad.
That dry grass could be a fire hazard. It worries me. We have the same problem near us, where SIL built their house in the pasture next to us. The cattle people have stopped putting their cows in that field and now the dry pasture grass is head high to a tall horse. She tried to get someone in there to cut and bale it, but it was too late in the season and everyone was booked up. It's very worrying.
