I do a lot of walking taking care of chickens. 8 coops and building 4 more. I get a lot of exercise. My weight is holding steady. Tonight I had a peanut butter and Guava jam sandwich instead of ice cream. Some nights I have pudding. Pudding has milk in it which seems to work as well as ice cream.I would weigh 300 lbs if I took my meds with goodies like that! I take mine with 3 saltine crackers and I still need to lose 30 lbs.!![]()
My walking may be on the ropes if they can't do something with my hips soon and possibly one knee.
