I wonder if we put too much bleach down there. Kills all the bacteria.

About twice a year we pour 2 cups of baking soda into the drains, sinks, tub n' all and rinse is down with a gallon of distilled vinegar. It seems to work well for us.

Lowe's has an instalation co. they go with. Pretty sure it wasn't his doing. The unit was all put together. He just had to mount it. Soo..Lowe's owes me a ..nother..new one.
