Most country location don’t have the high speed internet. They would have to lay new cable out here.

Good morning all. Watching the church service online today. My wife is down today as bad as I am with her back. We are only 2 miles out of town and do have high speed internet. There is one level faster but not an expense we need. What we have is faster than I can go now.

I doubt it. We have 13 acres, and there are only 2 neighbors near us. Hopefully they both want to keep their land as is.

theres 171 acres across the road from me for sale. Im scared that will happen here. That would just kill me.

Possibly. One property is tied up since it was willed to multiple people. The other property, the people raise golden retrievers and Maine Coon cats. They might have a hard time finding another good location.
