Around here lately I just figure I need one of everything.
I had a good dinner today. One of those pre baked chickens from walmarts. Tons leftover.

I love walmart's rotisserie chickens! I make chicken and rice out of them, or chicken tacos, or ... something quick and yummy. So handy, already cooked.

Even chicken and dumplings out of the breast meat and we eat the dark meat as our meals entree.

How was your daay Blue ?
I was in FL once as Tom was home in Mi. and he called me saying the dog had something hanging out her butt. I convinced him to pull ot out after a lot of sweet talking and it was a sock with another rolled up inside it.
Tom said the next time I go off Im taking the dog with me. haha

It really is!

Had a good day, got a lot done. Monday is laundry day, five loads. I also sliced and cored a bag of Fuji apples and put them in the food dryer for DH's lunches. Hard-cooked a dozen eggs in the Instant Pot, he likes them for breakfast. First time I did them that way. And made bbq chicken in the oven and didn't overcook it for a change!
