You think "They" can't already track your purchases? Look at your receipts when you buy groceries. If "They" want to know how many cans of beans you buy in a year, that info is already available and stored somewhere, whether you pay with cash or card. I pity the fool that's tracking my grocery purchases for a living. More boring than watching paint dry.

Only large retailers would have the means to comply. Amazon and Walmart would be two. Local flea markets get flushed down the toilet.

But if you pay for it with $20 bills they don't know who bought it. They just know what someone bought.
