Sublingual is not absorb in the stomach. That was my problem. Sublingual is absorbed under the tongue. I was skeptical but am so glad to not have to take those shots now. I ask the doc why I needed shots with all the B12 rich food I ate and he told me a lot of people don't absorb B12 from foods after the age of 50.
did your feet hurt/ go numb?
Yes.
No. Just memory. Now I have a little neuropathy in my feet once in awhile but not often. Only bottom of my feet.

They are cheap. I get most of my supplements from Puritan's Pride online. Calcium, Folate, B12 Sublingual. I try to get as much as I can from food. I think Folate is in citrus but not sure. I use Puritan's Pride because they have never been found to have a substandard test when the feds test the different companies.
