Yes, I was doing them once a month.

I didnt know they had those but dr said my stomach wont absorb b12 and thats why I have to take shots

Same here. I'm thinking Fericon has iron..or something that helps with anemia. I used to have to get iron shots. Since I started the Fericon, I don't need the iron shots anymore. Glad too..those things hurt for a while and leave a big ol bruise for a while.

I have Peripheral Neuropathy. Hands and feet.

Fericon is very dangerous if a child gets it by accident 6 years of age or younger. I never really knew what folate was until looking it up and it is a B vitamin. I need to get some Biotin which is also a B Vitamin. I've been out and until just now realized I didn't get it on the last order. Senior moments are getting to be more prolific.....
