How come we aint friends on FB Cynthia? Of course I rarely post there.I like the breed. No funky hair cuts..just ..them.![]()
Yes, pets cost a lot of money! I vaccinate my own, much cheaper.Granny we used to have a dog and several cats. When the last one died that was it. The cost of caring for them properly just got out of had. We took 3 kittens in for their shots and got a bill for over $500. No more.
Nap time for awhile.
Put her in his room.sigh.. Pup unplugged my chair in the back. At least I was sitting up for it. She was trying to chew the wires. I feel like she needs to be locked up but I know its boredom . Roberts still in bed.
Happy my dogs won't do that.My dogs will do that.
We moved to FL in 1992. Kids grew up there.tampa, bradingtom and I forgot Fl., Macon and peach tree city Ga., Detroit and a couple others Mi, and Ohio
We lived in Bradenton for a long time. Moved there because that's where my parents lived. Two sons born in Detroit. We are here near the FL state line in AL because it was to cold and wet in the winter for our arthritis. We went to the beach in Bradenton and to Tampa to pick up stalks of bananas right off the boat.
Of all the things i have lost, i miss my mind the most.ya I guess my memory sucks then
Because oranges didn't pay then, so they built more housing.FL citrus has been hit with two disease killing thousands of acres. Every time they replant the new trees are dead before making a mature tree often. I've seen some new trees being planted in a tunnel like green house of fabric. I don't know how that is working out but it adds to costs. There really just isn't the supply there used to be. Many years ago citrus buyers for small growers would make the rounds telling the growers that California has a bumper crop this year trying to lower the price they had to pay. My home county at the time had more citrus than all the other citrus growing states combined. You could take a drive and see thousands upon thousands of acres of green trees. Not anymore.
