Cynthia, I see on the news that one of Utah's state senators, his wife and children all died in a plane crash, I assume today.

2 or 3 different kinds of cheese, some salami and pastrami, good mustard, pickles and maybe sweet onion, this slice of garden tomato, a leaf of bib lettuce and you have a great sandwich.

Mayo instead of mustard for me. I was going to ask what kind of bread but then you said:

l like those round ciabatta rolls for the once or twice a year deluxe sandwich. A meal between the bun.

... and I just happen to have a panini press to give it that final push toward perfection. I am putting pastrami on the grocery list for next week, thanks, this sounds amazing!
