Morning all, did the same as yesterday. Up at 7 then fell back asleep in my sucker chair. Bones hurting today. My neck is the worst. Tom said its gonna rain.

hows your trip going?

Busy busy. Think we’ll be coming home and putting the house up on the market. Flipping between two houses now - both need work but one needs significantly more - significantly more. But it has more land and the land has a bit more potential. The other one we just looked at this morning and the house itself is much better (still would need some flooring though) but very slopey land. Not as much room outside of the shops/garages for hubs to store stuff.

The moreso fixer upper we would be able to do with a minimal mortgage - and that would only be to allow financing of the work that needs to be done to it. The other one is about 100k more. So we’d be mortgaged before allowing for any Reno’s.

Oh yeah. And one was built in the 20s so asbestos is a thing. And that’s the more fixer upper one. The other one was built in the 80s.

I've had my second round of meds and they have had time to start working so it off to the coops and hope I don't have any problems today. I had someone else do the chores this morning. Left knee is talking trash.
