I have a half hour and I can take my meds for the night and by 10:30 I might be asleep. I hope that hot shower and 600mg of Gabapentin to stop the burn in my left shoulder will help. I can't tell that tramadol does anything and I will not take anything stronger. Those things are in reserve for following a painful surgery and such only. Not a long term use.
