My first husband had leukemia and got a bone marrow transplant from one of his brothers in 1993. I think he died in 2019 or so, so pretty good results from that. He actually died from complications of Parkinson's.
I can't knead either, Cynthia. I now bake sourdough, it's so much easier, no kneading required. It does take two days to make, as it's a long, slow rise, but I really love it. It also has only about 10% of the gluten, as most of it gets digested during that slow rise. If you go to the thread titled "Any Home Bakers Here?" you'll find several who bake SD, and
