Maybe the half gallon or so of coffee I drank today had and effect? Skipping noon meds possibly had something to do with no nap.

I've had worse. I slipped on a puddle of wet milky floor in a checkout lane and busted the back of my head enough to bleed and have a concussion. That was a headache. I did nothing unusual to cause one today.
