Granny's gone and done it again

Miscarriages are awful to go through, especially when it's a first child that is very much wanted. I lost 2
I lost my first and y'all are right, the pain never goes away. It goes dormant but it's always there. Thanks for the hugs. ❤️

Fawn sliced my arm from wrist to elbow. Right now it has gauze pads, paper towels and electric tape holding it. No band aids that long but Tom actually just found one. Its a butt band aid! haha
The vet can trim her claws for you. Why did she think you were playing with her? It's like pulling teeth sometimes, trying to get info from you, Granny! Just tell us how it happened.

She was playing with Robert and had the zoomies. I went into my room and she came flying in there and jumped on my bed. I held my arm out to give her pets and she jumped up and her paw landed on my arm as she was coming back down.

your turn. What is bobcat fever? Ive never heard of it before.

sounds terrible. Did you catch it early?
We're hoping we caught it early! It's apparently a parasitic infection (?) caught from a tick bite, where the tick previously fed on a bobcat. The parasites set up shop in the cat's liver. We thought Sylva's coat wasn't looking as sleek and shiny as normal, and GC realized she hadn't eaten for a couple of days and also wasn't her normal, playful self. At the vet's, she had a temp of 106! (101 is normal) so they did blood work on her and got the dx.
