well kitchen is cleaned up, 6 quarts of beets and 22 jelly jars of the beet relish. Which is fine with me. Still have quarts and quarts of pickled beets from a couple years ago.

OMG sure is nice to have a working ice machine. Just grab a bucket and tub and head on down to it,

carrots are all sorted and checked for frozen bits. Yak treats same with the beets. Then into containers with lids and damp peat moss in layers and down to the basement fridge.a
