Granny's gone and done it again

Sounds good, Larry. Is this one of your sugar-free creamers?
It's a combo of one sugar free and one regular with sugar. 1/2 what the sugar one would be alone. Not having any cake or brownies now. :( I miss my pound cake and brownies with pecans on top. I'll snack on pecans. They are one of the most healthy all around nuts to eat and are easy on my teeth. :)

And today I really do feel like a nut. :) #1 daughter is in the house.............................

I got a sugar free one, French Vanilla I believe. It's too sweet, can only use a little of it. I don't mind that, but it seems very thin and watery as well. So I'm using a little of that and a little dollop of heavy whipping cream for the mouth feel. Probably "six of one, half a dozen of the other" kind of deal.

Sounds good to me. I've used French Vanilla along with sugar free Hazel Nut. I like that combo too. I'm out of French Vanilla but have a full bottle of Hazel Nut. I'll have the French Vanilla before I run out of my mix I'm using now.

I'm confused. Dr says what we eat doesn't much affect our blood cholesterol levels, our bodies produce it and you could probably eat whatever you want and it wouldn't make much difference. But then she said it's a good idea to avoid fried foods, fast foods, greasy foods. So .... which is it? :idunno
