Granny's gone and done it again

Hot pudding is one of my favorites. I cant imaging it not being sweet.
I think tapioca pudding can be made from scratch and I see no reason not to add some cocoa to it at least once. It could be used hot. And it could be used sweetened with stevia too. Did you know that you could grow your own stevia sweetener in your sun room? Stevia is what all the native Indians used when it grew I suppose wild where they were and possible they cultivated it like they did corn and squash.

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

4 tsp stevia blend (or 3/4 tsp liquid; 1/2 tsp pure)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2-1/4 cups milk
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients but the milk and vanilla in a saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla

I make egg pudding. It’s weird but helps my sweet tooth. High in protein. Takes 10 hard boiled eggs.
