Im still slowly losing weight. I hope to do that for a while. I am supposed to eat every couple hrs. Thats just not an easy thing to do

Miralax. It's a type of fiber that dissolves in tea or coffee real well. That may be what they said. It has no taste or smell and you never know it's in your drink. It doesn't dissolve well in a carbonated beverage.
