I had a good dinner today. She hid the livers in the bird for me. They were yummy. I tried to try something new. The gizzard but I couldnt bite it.

Not sure if the mushroom pickles will be ready or not. One of my grandmother's cheats.

Drain store bought canned mushrooms and just pour Italian dressing over. Reseal , stick in fridge and eat latter.

gizzards are the bestest part IMHO, I dice mine up and into the stuffing they go along with the meat from the neck and the heart, liver.
