I dont like regular pie crusts. Graham cracker is ok but I much rather have cake.

How about short cake crusts with a pudding filling?

My problem is I do not want to become insulin dependent, so y'all can have my share of all that stuff. I will just admire its beauty. And bake it, apparently! DH got orders for dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls for Christmas!

The chocolate graham crust with vanilla pudding or chocolate pudding is not bad either.
