Waiting and watching for word about Robert. Hoping he got relief from the oil or the ER. With his narrow range of foods he can and will eat getting his blood sugar down maybe impossible.

I know they are there I can feel their presence so strongly! That's the only thing I could think of that made feel so strongly to ask him where he wanted to sit. I believe that he was there, and probably a lot of family members. Saw this and shared on fb. Will share here. View attachment 3692044
Wow that is great! I can’t get mine under 108Hoping for the best for Robert, too. My sugar's down since my hospital stay. I've cut out even the little sugar I was using. Sugar-free creamer, that was probably the big one. Sugar-free syrup for my oatmeal instead of the real stuff, even though I used it rarely and sparingly. Sugar-free Sprite, a real treat since I so seldom drank soda anyway. It's just barely over 100 now in the mornings, fasting. Want to get it under 100 though. Losing weight, too. Couple of pounds anyway.
