Peeps keep watching please. I have to lay back down now. Morning meds kicking my butt. I'll be back in a couple of hours looking for good news.

Hey all, Im just a little sick. I was up all night puking and pooping. Im very weak now. Keep dropping things. when I sit on the toilet I really struggle to get back up. I have only been this sick once before. My Nancy is coming all the way from new Washington to go and get Roberts meds. Thats about an hr one way.

Hopefully she can pick you up some pedialyte or Gatorade. Don’t drink coffee it’ll dry you out more.

All else fails mix a spoon of sugar and a tiny half pinch of salt in with some water to get some electrolytes in you.
