My IBS will make me very sorry if I eat spicy stuff. Not worth a blow out, lol!

I can't eat spicy anymore. I have burning mouth syndrome. It acts up at times. Spicy really brings it on. Plus, I cough now when I eat it. Cough attacks. I used to love eating spicy.

Soaking in the hot bath feels wonderful. Once I get out, I need to take my pills, and pack up stuff to take to class.
I need to remember to let Windy out of the goat house. She is at the bottom of the pecking order, so I started feeding her away from the bossy goats.
Oh hell, cat is puking. He's such a relaxation killer.

Good especially when you have sore muscles. I use it when bathing chickens too.
I was smart enough to never take one puff. Stuff is disgusting.

Yep. Lots of stuff in life is hard. You just have to push through.
Like right now I have to get ready for my colonoscopy. It will be hard on me.
