I want some coconut cream that can be used to make a coconut cream pie too. I would thing that those restaurant pies are not made from mixes.

When I worked in the baking industry back in the 60's, we just added shredded coconut to freshly cooked vanilla pudding. Delicious

I'm taking a low dose of Benazapril morning and at noon and so far it is working. If stress levels don't go sky high it is not to bad. 140/85 is about as high as it gets. It was up high like yours when in the ER with the broken ribs from the pain level. That didn't last but for a few hours. I need to monitor it soon. One day when it is not fit weather to be out doing stuff. That might be tomorrow. 97% chance of rain and thunderstorms.

I'll pick up some vanilla pudding tomorrow. By the time we finish off this pound cake maybe a pie will be made. Did you add the coconut to the pudding and then bake it or just let it set in the crust as is?

I'm both tired and medicated so that makes for a pillow and a bed. Heading that way.

You ladies talking about waking up mid process I was getting an epidural and they forgot to give me the anesthesia. I was awake for the whole time. I kept waiting on the sleepy stuff and before I could ask for it they had a needle in my back. Oh well the next time I told the guy what had happened and he had that look of a deer looking in my headlights. I got it then. Another time I got some stuff but not enough and I got to listen all the chatter while they did a heart cath on me. Interesting when they think you are asleep.

When I got an epidural that was the whole point I was wide awake. They kept forgetting I was wide awake, esp in the recovery room they would be talking then look over and see me staring at them. They would stop talk8ng about all their personal business.

My surgeon was telling nasty jokes. I giggled at one of them just to let them know I was awake and the whole room fell silent. The next words out of his mouth was telling someone to get me more med.

That wasn’t your foot surgeon was it?
