Granny's gone and done it again

We use cut up boneless pork loin in small pieces that have been browned until done and then add golden mushroom soup and simmer a bit and serve over brown rice. Often with Brussels sprouts on the side.

For a little variety we sometime use pasta to serve the meat and golden mushroom soup over. It's easier to cook than rice and quicker. In garden season a fresh tomato cut on top of the noodles and meat is good to me.
