Me too, only I want to lose 50 pounds. Not waiting either. I already told hubby not to buy me candy for Christmas.I am working on lowering carbs and sugars. I've had a banana today with its fructose. Don't think they put sugar in my peanut butter or the sandwich bread. Sandwich bread is thinner and that reduced a few carbs. Then greens come later. Love all the greens with possible chard being and exception. I really want to lose 25-30 lbs. Doing it now and not waiting on 2024.
