I think it was just a higher hump than normal to get over the top of today. I managed to do one thing that was on my must do list. I got the paper jam out of our printer. It's been down for weeks. Maybe months. It is working now. How long who knows. It's brand new except for less than 10 pages printed. No happy.

Baby chicks 4 weeks old today. Wanted to take pics but forgot my camera (phone) when I was out there. It was really COLD out there today! I'm giving them a little scratch corn in addition to the dried worms now. They love the treats!

Thank You. I do too. Friday is Pain Mgt Day for both of us. At least we don't have to go on different days being it is 130+ miles round trip. I need a script and can't get it before then. It is Gabapentin. Burn in my shoulder will not go away until I get it. I might make it to 9:30 tonight but that is iffy.

Oh yes, they are nice and cozy in their brooder. I meant it was bitter cold outside this afternoon when I went out to feed the hens and gather eggs! Guess I'm spoiled from all the 50 and 60 degree weather we've had all month!

Over the next week we are looking at 6 days in the low 30's. I think that is mostly below our normal. I'm ready to start tomato plants now. In 8 weeks they should be in the garden.
