right ribs broke and couldn't use my right arm to help myself in and out of the van.

I had a hard time too. My knees are also skinned up. My arm, face pretty much every where with the left being worse. Dont ask me how I managed to get both sides of me. Maybe I bounced!

You should be seen. If you damaged your shoulder, you will probably need PT to keep your range of motion. My gran had very limited use of her arm after a fall that she didn't tell us about.

Cracked ribs hurt like heck. Broken ribs also hurt and can poke holes in things you don't want poked. Get checked if you can tomorrow.

Will you you be able to handle the dog? Maybe leave her in the car and go in for someone to come out to help. Tell them you're injured.

Wishing is right, Granny. It was after a fall on my shoulder that I had to have surgery for torn rotator cuff. Go be seen, and get evaluated for possible concussion while you're at it. I wonder if there was some kind of trip hazard that caused you to fall.

Robert will be with me. No way I could handle Fawn. Shes 55 lbs of pure muscle. If Its not better I will go tomorrow after dropping her off.

It won't be better. You'll probably stiffen up and swelling and bruising will continue for up to five days.
