He's doing great! This morning he said the open wound is practically closed. Will go to wound care this week, but I'm thinking he won't be going too many times. This home care is doing wonderfully with him. Power of prayer.

What do you do for your planter fasciitis? I used to bend my foot way back on the edge of a step. Bronwyn's mom has it act up, she rolls her foot on a cold bottle of water. Bronwyn also has hers act up. .ine hasn't been bad in a while. ~ Finding some wood.

My podiatrist ordered PT for mine, which accomplished nothing; he ordered Dr Scholl's inserts for me, with the same results. I was at my wit's end so my DH took me to the Good Feet store in Cape Girardeau, 2.5 hours away. They fitted me with a set of 3 inserts, to wear for a certain number of hours each, every day. Rather than rotate them in and out of a single pair of shoes, I put a pair of inserts in each of three pairs of shoes. Then I just changed my shoes three times a day. It didn't happen overnight, but very soon I was better, and before long I was pain free. The inserts are expensive but they are WORTH IT. I had been crippled for MONTHS and now I am well. It is such a relief to be able to walk again!

I have extra 1500 watt space heater to blow air under cabinets. I don't like bending with the hair dryer but have one as a backup.

I did have one until my brother was here, He burnt it out/up trying to dry out his hunting boots.

I think trigger finger is when you bend your finger and can't get it to unbend.

I can imagine, ouch!

it hurts. IF you have an accomplice have them go get some warm/hotish water and pour it over what ever your stuck to, They get undying thanks and you get your tongue back with ALL it's skin.
