Granny's gone and done it again

It looks like I get to do a lot of resting until Monday. Then out come the power tools and hopefully a new coop gets completed. I wanted to shuffle some hens back to their old coop where they can free range and the know their surroundings but with rain coming tonight that's not going to happen. Lost my shopping list in town somewhere and still managed to get what was on it except for one item. Guess I'm not fully weird yet. :) Give me time and I'll keep working on it.

Well Granny I think I have given my ribs reason to complain. I took another hard fall tonight in one of the chicken coops after a day of blowing rain. My boots normally hold me upright but in chicken mud 2" or more deep I need boots with steel cleats. At least my nose was spared getting full immersed. I landed again where my right arm got slammed into those same old ribs that just can't seem to get a break. That doesn't sound right. They are broke. I'll take the full dose of PP's tonight. I've been getting by on half the prescribed amount but not for another day or two now. I'll be in town in them morning getting stocked back up with pine shavings for all the coops. I ran out last night. 8 bags short. On a nice note I have 5 beautiful silkie chicks. 2 black, 2 blue, and 1 splash. Maybe another egg or two will hatch tonight or even before bedtime.

Larry I am sorry. That rain and mud is no joke.

You meant you'll be working on being weird? Does that come with old age too? ❓
