I have not seen it in a store in quite awhile now. The price of brisket has gotten so high that there may be more profit in selling brisket and corned beef than making beef bacon.

It’s been a heck of a whirlwind lately. Hubs and his bestie went house hunting, I got mrsa (up my nose what the heck) and of course the obligatory work snafu-e’ry. Kira continues to be an absolute chaos demon shepsky and she is an absolute honey badger about being outside when it’s raining. Considering all the “atmospheric rivers” we’ve had…
