Well I had enchilada pie and sweet corn for my supper. Needed to recharge. Did get some sweet corn planted today too. Rain tomorrow and I'm not getting out of bed before noon. Well maybe 8am.

More work done on the garden today. We are supposed to get 3 days of rain, starting tomorrow.
Hubby cut up a big heavy poplar branch that fell on the fence. I picked it all up and put it on the wood pile.
37° right now, feels like 34°
I planted some beans I found laying in the garden from last year. Planted them in the goat forage area.

Good idea. I was gonna say teach him to forward to a cell phone but you said no cell service. Rats!

well I'm thinking 15 cigs in 12 hours ain't to bad.

I'm trying to put clapping hands emoji here but bad connection due to rain. Has been raining here since last night. Cold and VERY windy, too. Had very little winter all winter. Now it's Spring and Winter shows up!

Robert asked me what palm sunday is. I looked it up but I didnt really understand.

Supper time! Boiled potatoes covered with a combination of beans, boiled tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and seasoning. Shaved carrots fried with chopped green onion tops on the side.

It is as delicious as it looks!
Note: The carrots were freshly dug from being over wintered in the garden, half an hour before frying. The green onions were harvested from the same garden as well.
