Thanks!!!!! I’ll try that!!!!@ShrekDawg, I know from sciatica! Hrre's a good exercise to stretch it out that always helps me.
Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Take the ankle of the leg that hurts and lay it across the other knee. Then grab that leg with both hands and lean forward over it, as if you are trying to touch your forehead to that knee. Of course you can't, but stretch as far as you comfortably can, and hold it as long as you can, at least a minute if possible. Relax and repeat as often as you can throughout the day. I was really hurting the other day and this really helped me.
