My electric runs from pole to pole but running to the house is underground. Doesnt really make sense to me but at least I dont have those ugly wires to look at. I remember my Gmas house the electric ran right to her dang porch and I loved to tap it and watch my tap travel down the line. Especially if it had dew on it.

I can get online with my laptop electric or not. Wireless network is on a battery that gets charged when electric is on.
