Made my mortgage payment today so the Bank will kindly "allow" me to work 14 plus hours a day for another month.

Granny, do you have a big crock pot? You could throw a chicken in with a box of chicken broth, a chopped onion, some carrots and celery, salt and pepper and let it cook all day. An hour before you want to eat, throw in some rice or noodles, bang, dinner. Its hard here for me because I cant stand in the torture chamber long enough to make a good meal and sick of burgers We miss home cooked meals
I have both. They dont reach the stove.I also have tried the bar stool It also hurt me. I am not able to push past my pain . I surely would if it was. I miss so many things I do push myself as hard as Im able to. I have thought of and tried everything. Why don’t you get a wheel chair or a scooter?

Or dump in a bunch of stuff like canned red beans, canned black beans, canned diced tomatoes, a little can of chopped green chilies, half a jar of salsa, a can of chopped tomatoes, one of tomato sauce, s/p, a chopped onion, a packet of chili seasoning, let it simmer a couple of hours and bang, chili dinner. Eat with crackers.
Throw a chuck roast in with little baby carrots, some red potatoes in their jackets (why peel them, Robert can peel them before he eats them?), chopped onions, a box of beef broth and a packet of dry Lipton onion soup mix, cook on slow all day and bang, meat and potatoes for dinner.
These take five minutes to throw together. You can sit down to peel the carrots and chop the onions.
Thank you! My GC likes the chicken one with dumplings, but she makes the dumplings now. Or rather ... she did. Not now that she's gluten intolerant, I guess. We've found alternative, GF noodles though. Those sound like great meals
Robert cant eat any of these things. We do crockpot corned beef sometimes without the flavor packet. Tom wont eat leftovers.Granny, do you have a big crock pot?
