My little Honey hen is very upset with me. She caught me with another hen again today. Got to get a move on and fill the feed bins in the coops before another rainy day slips in unannounced.

I think my right decision for today is to take a short nap before lunch rather than a long one after. No trace of rain today so I'm in no hurried rush to fill the feed bins. Once that is done I will work on planting some more okra.

Mowing, mowing, mowing. I have a grassburr patch I try to keep cut short so they won't stick in my tires and transfer to other locations.

Thanks, Granny. Cleaned brooder today, put in a bag of clean shredded paper. Hot and resting niw, cooling off. Had GC spatchcock a Cornish out of the freezer so I can roast it, will make green chili chicken soup out of it later. Yummbo!
