I'm doing that. My time to eat is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

I think my body just got used to it and has gone into starvation mode and is now hanging on to every calorie for dear life. I have metabolic issues anyway. Fatty liver, diabetes, gastroparesis, GERD.... also hypothyroidism but I don't know how that fits into the puzzle. I just know that I eat way less than anybody but my body refuses to lose weight. Dr ordered Ozempic for me today but ins. is refusing to pay for it. I don't need it just for losing weight, I need it for the diabetes and fatty liver. It would be nice to get the creeping weight down though.
Theres your wright problem. Hypothyroidism ~ hypothyroidism, or an underactive thyroid, can cause weight gain. This is because the thyroid gland doesn't produce enough hormones, which can lead to a decrease in energy metabolism. People with hypothyroidism may gain a modest amount of weight before diagnosis, and the weight gain is usually due to excess water and salt accumulation. Uncontrolled hypothyroidism can also cause weight gain due to fluid retention, but this usually improves quickly with treatment.

That is a ton of peas to preserve! Pint jars or? Dried maybe..
Never dried and seldom canned. Frozen in pint bags to taste like fresh shelled out of season. Ham hock or thick sliced bacon to season and after cooked some pepper vinegar drizzle on them. Just a dab.

I now know what happened to Honey. At least I think I do. I think she ate something toxic. I know I didn't lose her to a predator. I found her body late just before dark. I'll bury her in the morning. Of the few daughters of hers that I have I hope to have one or more just like she was as far as liking to be held and had fed treats. From what I could tell she found a comfortable place to sit down and as she passed she just put her head down and breathed her last. I'm going to miss her so much. I've never had a pet hen before like she was.

Learning more about my Gracie. Heart murmur can cause seizures, especially in older dogs. She has started coughing, a lot. Dry cough..it isn't kennel cough, Checked her for that. Coughing is one of the last stages of a bad heart. Guessing if we were to x ray her chest we would see an enlarged heart..pressing on the lungs, that's the reason for a cough. She's been panting more too, another enlarged heart problem. We have it pretty cool in the house. I'll be watching her mouth color. Turning purple of course isn't good, means she isn't getting enough oxygen. That could be one of a few reasons I would say-its time.
