I heard from a friend that her hubby got Botox for his herniated disks in his spine and it worked wonders. I've also heard that sometimes it doesn't work. I wish the FDA would make up their mind about approving it for back surgery.

I have potassium tablets as well as combo electrolytes. I think the main salts are sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Lack of magnesium causes cramps I know. I have not been taking as much magnesium as I get it in combination from my calcium tablets and I've just not taken as many of them as to much calcium is not good either. Ma is doing OK. It's been hard to keep up in this heart wave. We did pick about 7+ gallons of peas today. That is peas in the hulls. I don't think we are going to shell tonight as we picked very late in the day. We are going to watch the next planting for more that are blooming now. Should be 4-5 days before we have more to pick. If my hips will let me I'm going to till a spot to plant some black eyed peas and purple hull peas yet this week. Looks like Friday is reserved for a freezer camp processing day. I counted about 20 that look like our deep cast iron skillet with some good lard would fix right up.
