Granny's gone and done it again

I had a lot of trouble plucking them. My hands ache from arthritis
Plucking was easy. Getting the insides outside was a challenge until the last couple. Finally got the hang of it. We pluck one in a minute. Well the big red ranger boy that dressed out around 8 1/2 pounds took a little longer. That brute was the size of a small turkey. 3-4 months worth of dumpling meat.
